How can I start my custom metal craft orde order?

Consult with design experts to bounce ideas off of and get their professional input. Be sure to provide detailed specifications and requirements so that everyone is on the same page. Communication is key, people!

So, when it comes to custom medal orders, the sample time can typically range from 5-7 days. This is because we want to make sure every detail is perfect before moving forward with mass production. Once you give us the green light on the sample, mass production usually takes around 10-12 days. Keep in mind that these timeframes can vary depending on the complexity of your design and our current workload. But don't worry, we always strive to deliver your custom medals in a timely manner without compromising on quality. So just sit back, relax, and trust that we'll have your shiny new medals ready for you before you know it!

Sample time: 5-7 days, mass order time: 12-15 days

Should I pay mold cost again once I re-order same design?

Often there is NO mold FEE –

No Additional Mold Cost – Many manufacturers keep the mold for a set period (e.g., 1–2 years) and allow reorders without charging a new mold fee.
Storage Fee or Reuse Fee – Some manufacturers charge a small fee to maintain or reuse the mold after a certain period.
New Mold Cost Required – If the mold is damaged, lost, or past the storage period, you may need to pay for a new one.
